Celebration of “20 years of the Center Nanoelectronic Technologies” and Industry Partner Day
Maria-Reiche-Str. 2, 01109 Dresden, Germany
Maria-Reiche-Str. 2, 01109 Dresden, Germany
The Center Nanoelectronic Technologies (CNT) of Fraunhofer IPMS is 20 years old! Started as a public-private partnership, it is now the microelectronics center with the largest research clean room in Germany.
We are celebrating the anniversary with a ceremony with greetings from Minister President Michael Kretschmer and Dr. Manfred Horstmann from GlobalFoundries. In a round table discussion, we will shed light on the exciting success story of the CNT. We will also hear congratulations from alumni on the exciting career paths that have opened up for them after the CNT.
At the subsequent Industry Partner Day, which focuses on 300 mm technologies, researchers from Fraunhofer IPMS and partners from industry will present current projects, technological developments and future prospects.
The topics range from AI and quantum technologies to data storage, green microelectronics, process technology and material characterization.
You can look forward to an exciting day with information on the latest advances and the opportunity to network.
From 4 p.m. we will be celebrating the Fraunhofer IPMS summer party in the courtyard of our institute. We cordially invite you to join us!
