Fraunhofer IPMS is a worldwide leader in research and development services for electronic and photonic microsystems in the fields of Smart Industrial Solutions, Medical & Health applications and Mobility. Our cleanrooms are equipped to industry standards:

• 1,500 m² MEMS and MOEMS cleanroom - TRL 3 - 8 - from process development to pilot production (200 mm)
  
• 300 m² microdisplay cleanroom (200 mm)
• 2,700 m² CMOS cleanroom at 300 mm - BEoL & FEoL
